The work was good, and everything went as predicted. I appreciated the friendly, helpful staff and would recommend them. I had just one recommendation - be a little more proactive about keeping customers up to date. Small thing but eases customer anxiety.

I was told that the repairs on my car would only take a week and a half, and I didn't have my car back for almost 7 weeks. I was never provided any reason for the extensions, every time I called I was just told "another week and a half". When I finally got my car back, the door handle popped off the first time I opened it, because it was literally never screwed in. Terrible experience, will never recommend.

I grew up just a few blocks away, and my whole family has given Sharps business for years, which made this experience even more disappointing.

I brought my car in for two insurance claims (repair/replace) and also asked if a separate scratch could be fixed while it was there. After two weeks, I picked up my car and that third scratch was still there. When I went back inside, I was told it “wasn’t on the paperwork” and that I’d need to contact my insurance for another estimate. That’s frustrating. I specifically mentioned the scratch upfront, and now I’m being told to start the process over—potentially risking an increase to my insurance—after already dealing with the cost and inconvenience of the first claims.
