I have been going to this shop for 23 years. Wish they could find people to hire, so you could get on sooner, but the service is great. They make sure the fine details are always above standard.

I can't tell whether this survey format is going to give me more areas to comment, so I'm putting it all right here. Repair was great, communication pretty good. I could recommend improvement in only a couple of areas, both boil down to 'under-promise and over-deliver'. I was first told the repair should take about a week, drop off Monday & pick up Thurs or Fri. It ended up taking until the following Tuesday, and I had to reach out to find that out. Then on pickup day, Tuesday, I was told it should be ready by noon. When I called to ask about it, they said it was almost ready,, but still needed to be cleaned, and the person was going to delay their lunch to get it ready for me by 2:00. Sweet, but a little guilt-inducing. If I'd been told early that it might be later afternoon, I would have switched around my errands to make late afternoon work, so better communication there would be a plus. That said, I was THRILLED with how clean the car was when I came to pick it up, and the repair looks like new, so GREAT JOB!!!

My only issue was that my jumper cables were removed because my battery was dead. No one made any mention of that prior to me picking it up and I ended up having to call AAA to jump it as a result because it was 100% drained.

I am very unhappy that Sharp Auto agreed to fix my rear tail light then decided not to do it. State Farm should know that specialty cars should go to the dealer or a certified place. This whole deal is a huge inconvenience to me. Of course, neither party can be bothered, especially SF. They wash their hands of everything.
