We had left the Forester at the garage on Monday while getting an oil change. We asked both the garage and the collision center if it was OK and they agreed to get to Forester to its Thursday's repair appointment. I got a call from the collision center almost a week later if I was still dropping my Forester off. I thought the call was to tell it was complete. I got the response we are busy and cant follow up on all appointments. Needless to say we got our Forester a week later than expected but just in time for vacation.
