The Front Desk Rep has a horrible sense of service. My Son and I stood waiting over 5 minutes before she acknowledged us. She looked at me several times But continued to work until she was done working. I purposely stood quietly waiting and watching then my Rep in her office saw me and finally came out. Not the first time I have had this type of greeting by this Rep so that is why I am speaking now. Just this Rep n the collision center. Everyone else is wonderful and great!

All in all the repairs were great. The deer whistles on the grill are missing and inside of windshield was smeared by partially cleaning.
