They took care of my car quickly and as efficiently as the insurance allowed. Any delays were not on their part. Once the claim was processed, they got to work and even picked up some hidden damage from the ice. They even provided a loaner car (wound up being a toy version of mine). Staff is friendly and obviously knows their jobs well and enjoys working there. Hope it will be another 10 years before I need them again.
