Never kept in loop on repairs; I kept on status by calling/texting. Also took too long; believe didn’t start working on my car right away and, in that case, should not have made appointment to bring car in until going to actually work on it.

My car makes a loud humming noise at 45-60 from 60-70 you feel and here the axel turning don’t know what’s going on but before the accident my vehicle was smooth and quite calling tomorrow to see if something is off or a more detailed look into a part not aligned
