Shotwells has a well earned reputation in our house as the place to go to get happy again when bad things happen to your car. The staff is friendly and helpful, the scheduling is convenient, and the work is impeccable… I would like to find the equivalent of Shotwells in other areas of my life because they are the best… Highly recommended.!!

Shotwell Auto Body was great to work with for our repair after getting run into by a deer. (A far better experience for us than the unfortunate deer!). Their staff is very helpful, friendly, experienced, and professional. We are extremely pleased with the results-our car looks better than it did before the accident! They also made arrangements to return the loaner car to Enterprise for us, which made it possible for one of us to pick up our car alone. But they went way above and beyond when they waived the $50 deductible and offered a free detail job because they weren’t able to finish the work as scheduled due to a delay getting a part (which was their supplier’s responsibility, and no fault of theirs).
