The initial estimate process was quick and efficient, taking only about 10 minutes, and Leonel was very considerate as I had my toddler with me. The repairs were completed professionally, and the vehicle was ready even earlier than the estimated delivery date. Shotwells Auto Body did an outstanding job repairing our vehicle after an unfortunate vehicle collision. Charlene (Owner/Manager) is excellent at customer service and taking care of the needs of the client. I have personally been using this business for over 20 years as they have worked on multiple vehicles of mine. I would recommend 10/10.
