Disappointed aftermarket parts were used without my consent. Claim process has drastically changed and is no longer personable. One estimate no contact until repairs were nearly finished. Of course we could check status online but again impersonal.

I'm so appreciative of the entire staff of your shop- I was literally dealing with 2 car issues at the same time and Jason was so patient and understanding working with me and my bizarre schedule. I also appreciate that they cleaned the whole car- I didn't ever expect that would be part of the service.

I can’t say enough. Quick and efficient. Beautiful work. And they made sure I never waited or was inconvenienced. Drove me to Enterprise so I didn’t have to wait. Finished repair early even though I dropped off late. Never in 50 years of car ownership have I had a better customer experience. Shop employees friendly and attentive.
