Just one bit of advice. It might be helpful in the future to send weekly updates by text or phone on the status of customers vehicles so they know what’s going on every week there vehicles are being worked on other than that everything else was great

Everything seems to have been fixed properly, it looks really good and you even detailed my car. Thank you. It gets an 8 as my muffler was not fixed after the first trip and I had to return, so the muffler could be fixed as it was missed. Overall super nice and I understand mistakes happen.

Jeff at the Warren collision shop was a tremendous help as we were figuring out what to do after our was was hit. He is very knowledgeable about auto body repair as well as insurance claim issues. I would highly recommend this shop.

Took a long time to repair vehicle. Lots of cueing time seemingly needless. Difficult to follow up and eventual pick up delayed due to paperwork issues. A bit of a lack of communication that vehicle was even ready. Called to find out it was ready. Not enough feedback. .
