Repairs took far to long to complete. I was told by Jeff that my car was put on the back burner for other cars they got because of snow and ice storms. Never mind that my car was in first. I do understand parts were delayed but certain ones should have been ordered immediately. A new wheel for example when that was the main point of impact. A new tire when it was rubbing on the wheel well when the car was brought in. these parts delayed an already too long repair. My accident happened 2/13 I received my car 4/8.
