Unprofessional, I wouldn’t take a go cart to this shop.

My car has more damage to it than before bringing it to be repaired. I have to go get it repaired at another collision center. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone

They were extremely professional, courteous, and kept me informed on the progress throughout the experience!

They are excellent with professional service and quality of service.

I was treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism. I updated via text throughout the process. I was notified by phone and text that my vehicle was ready! The quality of service is great as of today.

I was greeted with a smile, eye contact and warm conversation. When I returned to retrieve my vehicle, the lady was nice enough to go get my car and bring it close to me because of my condition.

I have already referred two of my friend that want to get work done on their vehicles to this company.

Shreveport Collision Center was the best from start to finish the ladies at the desk was very helpful and make my repair go smooth got my car back in two weeks after I was told it would take 22 days. I had great customer service from the time I reach out to the day I picked up my vehicle. You will not go wrong with this company very perfessional and they are so right when they say”we do it right”. I will no longer take my vehicle to another body shop beside them..

Like new!

Lite scuff with someone’s bumper that required some bodywork and trim replacement. It looks like new again.

They were very courteous and helpful. I think they even wash my car inside and out before I had picked it up.
