From the moment I left my vehicle with Ms. Casey, she kept me informed every step of the way about the repairs, what the insurance covered, and what my out-of-pocket cost would be. That communication meant everything to me. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was truly amazed. They even pieced my Texas edition, emblem back together—you would never be able to tell my car had been repaired at all! On top of that, the job was finished ahead of schedule, which saved me money on a rental car. This is a caring, professional shop with friendly people who truly take pride in their work. The only thing I didn’t like about it is that it ran over a day or two past my Rent-A-Car time but other than that, I guess you can’t rush perfection because a truck looks practically brand new again thank you, Shreveport collision
