The receptionist was slightly rude, considering that it has been my 3rd or 4th time at Sidles. I'm pleased with the body work on my vehicle. The manager Jerry seemed like a decent guy and followed through on updating me on the status of my vehicle.

This is my 3rd or 4th time at Sidle's for all of my BMW's. I thought Jerry was polite and I am happy with the work. However, I thought the receptionist was rude when I initially walked in for a visual inspection.

Under Hood Explosión Residue & filthy debris left. . Bumper Cover Bolt Not smoothly installed. .Car Not presented clean and shiny,. Car Tires are usually installed in pairs. No singles. -— Front wheel splash mud guards.
