Obstinate and hard to deal with I was denyed access to my car until the ransom was paid.(towing charges) $500 for 2 mile tow. Paul was aggressive and demanding he spoke loud and fast. Overall I would say this was very stressful and the worst experience I have ever had. I am satisfied now that my vehicle is not going to be repaired at your shop.
