I would have like that someone to show me and go over my SUV when finished. I had to ask the lady in the office. She said that she would do it and she did. She some papers out and read from the papers. But I shouldn’t have had to asked. I had tape still on my side windows and the windows on the other side opened. If she hadn’t come out I would have closed again someone should have gone over with me. I shouldn’t have had to ask the lady in the office.

Sierrra Collision was amazing to work with. They helped manage the process with Geico to ensure my Outback was repaired to the highest standards. They were also extremely patient and understanding when I couldn’t pick up my car for nearly a week due to bad weather. I am extremely happy and satisfied with Sierra Collision! When I dropped off my car it was suppose to be a simple fix and it turned into a more extensive repair since I had had previous work done by two other shops (work that was not done correctly)!” Thank god for Nathan!! Nathan takes safety and things being done right serious!!! When he inspected my car he found so many things that the OTHER two shops that had worked on my car had not done correctly! Stuff that could have potentially put myself and/or my family’s life at risk. He informed me what he had found and even took the time to report it to my insurance. He was always in communication with me throughout the process (even on a holiday when the shop was closed). When I picked up my car he went outside and explained all the work they had done. I can’t thank him enough! I will 1000% recommend him and his shop to all my friends and family! Please don't hesitate in taking your car to Sierra Collision!! HE and his team are HONEST, HELPFUL AND TRUSTWORTHY!!! Thank you so much NATHAN, I will forever be thankful!!!!!
