Mike was very patient and knowledgeable while I was going through the entire process. I was being stressed out and he answered my questions and reassured me everything was going to be fine. He helped every step of the way, from switching out various rental cars until there was one that I felt safe driving, to making sure that my car got fixed as soon as possible and regularly keeping me updated in the meantime. He made the whole experience a lot easier to go through. I received my car back beautiful like new and sparkling clean.Thank you.
