I was very happy with your service. The convenience of picking up the car rental at your auto-body shop was a true benefit to the customer. My car took about 10 business to complete. The only suggested improvement would be for you to provide weekly updates, either by text or phone .

Everyone was respectful and friendly. The rental option at Silva’s shop was very convenient. I only wish that I had received updates along the way and I only received one from Geico in a three week period.
