I brought a check to pay the $500 deductible and was told they did not accept personal checks. Was never told that and even Kristen said there was no sign where there usually was on the counter. I had to pay by credit card with a 16.90 fee! Outrageous! Never heard of such a thing! Very upset.

Satisfied with the car repair. However, very unhappy that I wasn't told I couldn't pay the deductible by personal check. No signs even. Very upset and unhappy I had to pay by credit card with a $16.90 fee. Outrageous!
