The staff was very helpful with the process. They made sure I understood what would be taking place with my car, with the insurance, and was even going to call enterprise for me. They were in constant contact with me on the update of my car.

The office staff at Silva's was so helpful, even giving me a ride home after my car was towed there. And after the work was done and another problem arose, they made sure everything was fixed and covered by my insurance policy. The work they did was thorough and well done.
