I only rated a 5 because the day I dropped off my car and the day I picked it up the lady I talked to(NOT LORI) and Randy were amazing! They were extremely welcoming and very professional. However, Lori is extremely rude and I had to deal with her the most (the two previous times I was there to set the appointment). She had an extremely unprofessional attitude. Every time I had to talk to her she made it seem as though I didn’t know what I was talking about. When I showed her scratches on my car she told me they weren’t scratches and I just needed to wash my car. Lori is very rude and because of her I almost went elsewhere to take care of my auto body repairs.

Somewhat. I believe scratches were made while they car was under there care, but I don't have any evidence.

Honestly, they took longer than expected. I was notified twice that my estimated repair time was extended. It wasn't until I called that they told me, the reason for the wait. They stated they ordered some bolts for the front bumper but it looked "cheap and didn't fit properly" so another one was ordered. Also, they repaired my damaged headlight, but since the other one was ugly and yellow- I really wished that they would have called me and asked if i would of liked to PAY for the other one. I wouldn't have a problem with it BUT it's the fact they didn't ask about something that stands out versus taking so long due to unseen bolts. Another thing I noticed was scratches and chipping paint that wasn't there before. I don't have any pictures of how my vehicle looked before but I would have definitely noticed some of those scratches and chipped paint. Overall, I don't have anything negative to say about my insurance - AAA has been great to me, and I would hate for somebody else to say negative comments over what a body shop does to the vehicle.
