Everyone was so kind, thoughtful, and went out of their way to ensure a seamless experience with as little hassle as possible. I work two demanding jobs, so I assumed kr would be difficult to find the time and energy to coordinate everything. I was mistaken, because Hannah set up everything for me, from figuring out the paperwork, to the drop-off, and the car rental. I barely had to do anything and I was so grateful for the help as I've been stretched thin. Robert made sure everything was perfectly repaired in record time, and he went above and beyond by taking care of some other minor dings at no extra cost. He kept me regularly updated on the status of the repairs, and they both worked with my schedule so I could pick up my beautifully cleaned and fully repaired vehicle and drop off the rental in minutes. They were understanding and incredibly supportive, genuine, and human. They treated me with care and respect, did a phenomenal job on my car, and made a stressful experience so much easier for me. I owe them my gratitude and if I have any further issues with my car, they have definitely earned my loyalty. Amazing job.
