I had an outstanding experience with Crash Champions Plano. From the very beginning, Jerry was a pleasure to work with. After speaking with him, I knew this was the shop I wanted to trust with my Tesla. The entire team went above and beyond to return my vehicle in even better condition than I expected. They successfully negotiated with Allstate to get a repair approved that I honestly didn’t think would be covered. That level of advocacy meant a lot to me. Communication throughout the repair process was excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way, so I always knew what was happening. Filing an insurance claim can be stressful, but the team at Crash Champions have made the entire process as smooth and worry-free as possible. I also want to recognize Zach. Toward the end of the repair, he took the initiative to coordinate directly with Tesla for additional repairs that needed to be completed there, making the transition seamless for me. To top it all off, they returned my car with a complimentary cleaning, which was a great finishing touch. Thank you to Jerry, Zach, and the entire Crash Champions Plano team for your professionalism, communication, and dedication to doing the job right. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy collision repair shop.

Not only did they repair my car but they returned my car to me at my home. The car had been washed and vacumned which I did not expect. The young man that delivered my car to me also returned the rental car back to Enterprise for me. I am 88 years young and appreciate all of this from the young lady who is your receptionist to the young man who returned my car to me. All of you deserve a 10 STAR RATING. Many thanks.
