I sent a message that my car was complete and ready for pick up on 7/1, I requested to pick it up the following morning. Upon receiving my vehicle I instantly noticed my windshield wiper on back window was gone and the safety feature in my headrest weren't reset. I was then told that whom ever replaced/painted the glass didn't put my windshield wiper back because he was waiting on a part; if a service worker was still waiting for a part to complete the job, the job is still incomplete. I shouldn't have received a notice to pick up if no one verified that all repairs were completed, i had already returned my rental and was left with leaving the facility with the notion that this guy would contact me when the part comes and put it on for me wherever I am? I'm driving in a safety hazard should it begin to rain.

The body work was completed well, But the vehicle makes excessive noise when being driven which it didn't do before. I'm wondering if it is related to the work that was done.
