1) When I picked up my car, your team told me they stopped short of doing any repairs to the engine and that I should take the car to the Audi dealership for additional service. I took the car two days later to Audi where they discovered a number of other issues that now need to be dealt with. 2) When I picked up my car, the tire pressure light for my back driver tire came on as soon as I turned on the ignition. When I got home I discovered that there was a huge nail in my tire that had clearly been run over when the car was with you for 2 weeks. I had to have Audi replace my tire on Saturday. This is unacceptable.

I would 1000% take my car to Silver Lining Collision! My rear bumper needed to be replaced, and I was embarrassed to even take my car over there. I babysit, and my backseat was covered in every kind of snack crumb imaginable from the kids, and I haven’t gotten time to vacuum it out beforehand. When I came to pick up my car, not only did my bumper look brand new, but they had cleaned the inside of my car as a courtesy. I nearly cried of happiness— it made my day. Amazing amazing attention to detail and customer service, so grateful to have done business with them.
