Delayed almost two weeks. Poor communication. Loved our rep but sounds like staffing issues delayed the process. I do appreciate how they worked to remedy the situation for me overall as I was impacted multiple days and times.

Incredibly friendly and accommodating. Some parts took a bit longer than expected, but they kept me up to date with frequent updates. I'll definitely come back the next time I'm inevitably hit by a car in Dallas!

My a/c is not working nor the radio. I was told its due to the battery being dead. I do hope it gets fixed. As I had no problems with it prior to being worked on, dropped off at this center and everything worked.
