Though their timing was off on how long the repairs would take by about a week, keeping in daily contact with me through email and updating me with how the repairs were coming was great. When I got the car back it looked like it was ready for the showroom and detailing the interior of the car was a nice bonus. Great job, guys.

Jefferson did a fantastic job communicating with me throughout the two weeks my car was with your team. The repair looks very good as well. My only critique was the cleaning that was done to my car left it probably dirtier than it was without. There were water droplet stains on all of the smooth surfaces, and dust all over the seats with one obviously rag swipe cleaned off in the middle. I’d have preferred if you didn’t even bother cleaning. Other than that I am very pleased.

Left my car for bodywork repairs after minor parking accident. Representatives seems to be nice and helpful. Got a call of the completions of work and was able to come right down to find my car with huge crack on my windshield. Came to the sales rep and complained about the issue. Had to leave the car to get it done. Then turns out this guys don’t work in the weekends and close at 5pm weekdays which made so difficult to find the time to pick up my car due to my work schedule. Initially when I had finally find the time came back to find out that they had used the aftermarket windshield when originally I have had OEM Honda that they broke. Also, after repair all moldings was off which I have noted to representative. No managers was on duty to complain and had to leave with car. Now I’m stuck to deal with the insurance for the extended rental that wasn’t at my fault and all the moldings misplaced. I wouldn’t recommend to do business here. Should better go with the official dealer
