Staff sent text to give me approximate time of completion. They were kind enough to pick my vehicle up so that I didn’t have to drive to their establishment after work. My vehicle was completed in a timely fashion, which I REALLY appreciated, two days sooner than expected. Nice staff…..Maria and Larry. My vehicle looks really good. Wish my seat would have been covered while workers worked, but otherwise, I am very pleased with the work. Good job!!

I dropped off the vehicle and although the original problem was fixed unfortunately my vehicle had items missing. I had a new tire in the trunk that was missing alongside a large bag of medical supplies. Despite my multiple calls and communication with shop staff I was not able to reach a resolution. I kept being told that the tire/bag is there when it isn't. I called numerous times and got told that the staff will keep me updated but I never once received a call back regarding this issue and had to call myself only to no avail.
