There are many things I love about this company. I was surprised how beautiful and clean the facilities were. The staffs are very nice and attentive. I was told my pickup will be ready in 7 days and it was ready two days later. My bill was much lower than the quote I received, even though my insurance covered it. I think Silve Lining is a unique company and if anything else ever happens to my vehicle, they're the one I will be calling.

Excellent work. Excellent communication with customer and with insurance company. Impeccable customer service from Zamora and the receptionist. Collision work can be stressful for customers, but they made it a breeze.
