Service was phenomenal from start to completion. I felt welcomed - friendly staff. Marie recognized the need I had for someone to assist me as my anxieties grew. Micheal explained how the process would go from start to finished so that I would have the information and not in the dark as the process moved along. Another representive who took me to my car once repairs were done -explained in detail all that had been done to the car in real of repair along with follow up instructions. They ensured me that they would coordinate to have the rental picked back up from them, so I didn’t have an extra trip not worry. Eveyone offered me snacks and water and drinks each time I was in the office. Altogether, service couldn’t have been better.
