We haven’t actually gotten to drive the car because we’ve been out of town since the day we got our car back from being repaired, but as far as the body work we had done, the car looks like new. Hopefully it will drive as well as it looks. The only reason I gave a 9 instead of a 10 was because the headlight that was repaired already had a burned out light bulb when I picked the car up. No big deal but I would’ve thought it would have been noticed before sending the car back to the owner. Regardless, the Shoals doesn’t realize how fortunate we are to have a quality body shop like Simpson’s!

Again, I would’ve given a 10 because the people at Simpson’s are very nice to their customers and they are there at your service. The reason for the 8 is because we were told the day that Simpson’s took my car, that it there were no cars in front of mine and that it would take an “estimate” of 2 to 2 1/2 weeks to repair. I really thought it would take longer than that and didn’t mind at all. But over 2 months was a little much. Thank goodness we had a rental that was paid for by the lady that ran a red light and t-boned us.

They did a good job of putting in the windshield hopefully it is the right one. I have not had any issues so far.

The paint was supposed to be painted on all the bad spots around the windshield and they were not the hood was repaired, but it has some runs in the paint

Everyone was polite, but I was told by the lady that worked there. Everything is gonna be just like brand new and I was gonna be 100% loving the job where it wasn’t her place to tell me that it would be prepared that way it was the people that was doing the painting should have told me if it was going to be just like brand new because I had high expectations of an excellent job
