Val was almost never available so I was told she will return my call, which I believe she did one time , out of about 10 calls. Most of my calls were to make sure car would be ready on time and in the end it wasn’t, and I had no warning. Then Val would not return my call at all for a completion date . Then called the day it was ready saying it’s done, they were closing in 45 minutes and if I didn’t make it i would be waiting till the following Monday, very unprofessional thing to do

This body shop is approved by Tesla and major insurances. They can fix superficial and structural damage with excellent results in less time. The waiting time is less than other certified body shops. They all friendly, humble and professional. Thank you all!
