One repair wasn’t done, hood was not completely closed, only noticed when I got home as car was picked up in evening. Also back trunk area was not completely wiped clean, all white residue on mat. Other than the above, satisfied with repairs.

The quality of the repair and the workmanship was great! However, I was not happy with the level of customer service that I was received.

I was quite disappointed with the customer service. I didn’t receive an accurate estimate of how long the repair would take. Two times when I called to get an update on my car, I was told that I would receive a call back, however I never did.
