Customer service was fantastic. They kept me informed of everything as it was happening. They communicated with my insurance company and the rental car company and took care of everything. All employees I spoke with were polite, and incredibly helpful.

I really hate to not give a 10 because you did such a good job with my husbands truck several months ago, I expected better than I got for my Jeep. My Jeep was completely drivable yet I was asked to leave it while parts were being ordered (keep in mind I only had 10 business days with a rental car) no one even came outside to look at it the first time I came so my insurance cancelled the ticket and I took pictures of the damage, sent it to them and they did an estimate and I could take it where ever I wanted to. Well, I decided to go back to you guys and spoke with Cale and he was wonderful about taking the estimate I had, ordering the parts and letting me know when they would be there. I’m not sure why someone couldn’t come out the first time I was there and look at it to determine what needed to be ordered. So everything was fix, I went to pick it up and when I got home I realized the clear coat drip around the driver side door handle and lock. Maybe that’s why no one walked with me to make sure everything was good when I picked it up? I don’t know. I really don’t have time to keep going back and forth and get ANOTHER rental so the clear coat can be fixed. I guess I’ll just live with it for now. I don’t like giving bad reviews but the whole experience was a bit of a mess.
