Not for sure. Work is acceptable for the most part-if the major paint glitch is fixed. But I would hate to recommend Sky then my family or friend get the same run around on the repairs that we did. Having said that a year earlier Sky did a repair on our car and the service and repair was excellent. That time Sean Kennedy did our repair and we couldn’t ask for better or quicker service than we got. Too bad he wasn’t still working there.

Area on back door needs touch up Husband be in to talk with you. He already talked with the gentleman that brought the car out to us when it was picked up.

Was told to bring the car in on Monday and could guarantee it to be ready on Friday. Then got a call that another unexpected part was needed but it would be no later than Monday. So ok that’s understandable. Monday-“painter hasn’t shown up”. Tuesday-“parts being painted will be Wednesday “. Checked about 1:00 Wednesday as we were having to come through Athens anyway-not ready- “should be ready by 3:00 we will call you”. Never got a call on Wednesday. Called Thursday morning “not ready yet but should be ready about 1:00”. Made the trip to Athens about 2:30 “out to be cleaned up” So we went to Sam’s Club came back and it still was not ready. Finally about 5:00 (closing time) it was ready. Car was brought around for us and there are several paint glitches noticed by my husband which he talked to the Sky gentleman about and told him he would have to bring it back in to be fixed. Just entirely too many delays in competition time from what we were told in the beginning. If we had been told it would take a week and a half to start with that would have been acceptable. Instead we were told “ I can guarantee it to be done by Friday if you bring it in on Monday”.

I would because they do a great job...and clean up after wards.

They do take a long time when they repair my car. This time, they offered to pay additional fees on car rental. The last time in from Thanks giving 2012 or 2013...until Jan of the next year my car was in their shop...my car rental fee was enormous. So thank you for accommodating extra fees if needed to.They did clean up after themselves...and my car is in great

This shop did an amazing job from start to finish. Todd took good care of everything from communicating with insurance and myself. My truck turned out amazing!
