Unfortunately, my car has been at Sky Collision three times in the past year because I keep getting rear ended. They are professional, timely, courteous, and do an excellent job. Although I wish I didn’t have to visit so often, I am always treated with a friendly and courteous staff and always have my car turned around very quickly.

The rating would be lower, but the quality of the work was decent, although there are some pretty tacky looking seam marks on the roof. From my understanding though, most of the hail damage repair is outsourced, so do what you want with that information. The quality of their communication and accountability is absolutely a zero. We were passing through town, with plans to only be there for 8 days. We told them this up front and they guaranteed they could have it done by then, so we dropped the truck off for repairs. Long story short, every time we called for updates they kept saying the parts aren’t in yet, call back in 3-4 days and we can give you a better estimate. We are full time travel trailer livers and rely on our truck to move our HOME, so we were stranded while they gave us the run around. What was promised to be a 4 day repair turned into a 17 day job. On top that, each time we did call the assistant manager would talk over us each time my husband tried to speak. He also asked to speak with a manager, which never came to fruition. Overall, it was an extremely frustrating experience and we wish we had not given them the business of our $11,000 hail damage repair.

I just got my vehicle back. The work looks great and it felt good driving home. I haven’t noticed any issues at this point. The staff team is very professional and communicates well. My only head scratcher was my original cost projection was 50% less than the 2nd projection which I received the day before it was completed. I was informed that all of the repairs and replacement parts have lifetime guarantee.

The van looks great, everything seems to work and runs good. The staff team is very professional, answers all my questions and do a great job sending out updates about the vehicle. They make it much easier by working with the car rental service as well.
