I got the referral to do repair straight from State Farm. My car got hit by golf ball size hails and it had dent all over with broken side mirror. I was worried if my car will look the same as original. The overall experience was beyond wonderful starting from the first phone call till I picked up my car. The receptionist girl is super nice , the owner is also very kind. I was surprised with the beautiful job done. It took only a week and picked it up as a brand new one.Thank you so much. Such a blessing to have a wonderful repair shop like Sky Collision.

They improperly installed a bump that causes my tailgate to bind when opening and closing, the accident I was in caused some sort of sensor issue in the rear breaks and they ran codes to detect the issue, they then did everything in their power to not do the additional repair or assessment of the issue to determine if it was accident related or not. The receptionist was extremely rude and hung up on me when I told her that they didn’t complete their work, and then the gentleman (Vernon) who was managing my repairs, essentially said I was lying about the bumper and repairs needed. I have escalated ny case with state farm and voiced how unprofessional they are. Stay away from these hacks, all they care about is getting paid.
