Unfortunately, we need a repair because of an accident. Sky collision did an amazing job. The bumper looks brand new. Would highly recommend them for anyone and this was an insurance item. They did a great job with the insurance company also.

Poor communication, the repair extended a week and a half with little to no communication from the shop. I had to reach out every time I need an updated. Paint have some runs near the edges. Overall, I do not recommend this shop.

**Rating: 2/10** My experience with Sky Collision Of Lilburn was very disappointing from start to finish. The repair process took much longer than expected, and communication was extremely poor. After the initial contact, I received almost no updates, and the estimated completion date they gave me was incorrect. I had to repeatedly call just to find out what was going on with my car. When I finally got the vehicle back, the quality of the work was unacceptable. The paint job had visible drips, which should never happen with professional repairs. I had to take the car back for them to fix it, but even after that, the results were still not up to standard. Overall, this was a frustrating experience with delays, lack of communication, and mediocre workmanship. I would not recommend this shop and will not be using them again.
