I was very pleased with their service and how detailed they were. If they gave me a completion date, and they weren't able to complete my repairs....they let me know immediately. The staff is very helpful and friendly too.

Sky collision is the worst body shop I have ever been to. Originally I gave them a great review however when I got my car home and inspected it I realize the put a broke tail light on my car and the also must have scraped my back bumper while they had it and didn’t fix the issue or inform me. The part of the truck where you can stick your hand under to open it was working when I bring the car to them however when I got the car back it wasn’t working and they refused to fix it and claimed it was like that when I gave it to hem. I was rear ended and after the accident I was able to access my trunk using the lever however they said when they got it they had to use the key remote to accesses the trunk. If that was really the case why and they knew it wasn’t working why wouldn’t they include that in the estimate and fix it. As I stated I was rear ended so that makes no sense. Their excuse in not fixing it was because it wasn’t cause by the accident. I don’t know how they would know that because they have never seen the car before the accident. I’m very dissatisfied with there work. They are liars and they are not to be trusted. They Alain claimed that they did not and would not put a broken tail light on my car however as soon as I got home I notice the tail light was broken and I had no issues on my drive home from the body shop that would have caused that. This body shop is horrible and I would not recommend anyone go there.
