From the beginning, April and Jasmine were exceptionally helpful. No lies were detected on the Google Reviews. They were great communicators, professional, flexible, helpful, and knowledgeable. The technicians did an amazing job as well. There are no traces that my car has been in an accident. Great job and a pleasant experience at Sky Collision of Lilburn. First day I talked to the service advisor he told me your car starts right way so it should be ready in 2 to 3 weeks and finally I received my car after 11+ weeks later that is not acceptable I was really dissatisfied and really disappointed about the service I received.
