It took 3 times longer than they told me that it would take. And that is after waiting for nearly 3 months for the parts to come in. They failed to order a part or two and refused to simply communicate to me that it would take longer. The only way that I got any communication was when I would call them, the afternoon that I was supposed to come get my vehicle, I would call to make sure it was ready. Both times, it took me having to call twice to be told that it was going to take a whole additional week. The work looks good but the customer service that I received was horrible. I would not recommend them. I’m not sure how they are on State Farm’s preferred vendor list.
