The Customer Service went above expectations and their work on my 2007 Chevy Impala bumper and right back fender - you can not tell that anyone had hit my car in the back. My Car looks so nice again and I would highly recommend these ppl “ Sky Collision “ to repair anyone’s car whether it is from a accident you had or it is personal and are wanting some repairs to your car. I brought my car in for cosmetic damage. I got an estimate and was told that it was just a ball park estimate that when I brought my car in they would get under the vehicle to see if there was anymore damage. I brought my car in January 31. I Told the receptionist everything that was wrong and that I would need a new tire and rim and that when I make a right hand turn my dust cover which was bent from the accident scrubbed. She said she would have them look at it. A couple of days go by and don't hear from them. I finally called to check on the progress. They told me that my jeep got a new front corner panel was put on and my jeep was repainted. They told me that my fenders and rims were discontinued. I told them to just put different fenders on it. A couple days go by don't hear anything. I call to see the progress. I was told that my new tire was in that they were going to go take it to be put on and also have my car aligned. I called to check on progress and was told alignment went well which was on a friday. 2 days go by and they called me and told me that they went to go pick my jeep up and something didn't feel right so they took it back for it to be fixed. They told me it would be back at the shop Tuesday at 12 pm and my fenders would be in Tuesday also. I call at 4:38 on Tuesday and was told my car was GOOD TO GO and I could come pick it up if I can make it there before 5. I show up Wednesday at 9:00 and they bring my jeep around and no fender was on. I get inside my jeep and my window trim was laying on my floor. I bring it to their attention and they put it on. My husband walks around my car and says where is the new tire they said they put on your jeep? I asked about my tire. They said its on the back of the jeep. I say no that the tire my husband put on before I even brought it to be repaired. They then tell me that my tire could have came in and was put on another jeep and not mine. That I need to go get a price of a tire and give it to my insurance company to pay for.i got to the tire shop and notice my jeep is very squirrelly. I get a new tire which was $416.67 that I had to pay for and give a receipt to my insurance. As I drive to work my jeep feels very squirrelly. come home and pull into my drive way and my radiator fan starts making an awful noise. My husband looks at it and sees that it's broken. Which shows us that no one even looked under my jeep to see if anymore damage was done. My husband repairs it. I drive Saturday and almost flip my jeep because its not driving right. I have my brother drive it. He almost flips it. I take it back Sunday. I go Monday to explain to them that they gave me a very unsafe vehicle back which I drive my 6 years old in everyday. They take it to another store shop on Monday. Don't hear anything for 2 days. I call up there and asked about my jeep. They guy asks me did your insurance adjuster contact me. I say no why? He said well that's ABOVE HIS PAY GRADE to tell me. That Josh would call me back. Was told someone would be out Thursday. Friday rolls around and was told by the tire shop that my upper and lower ball joints were messed up and locked and my 2 tire rods needed to be replaced. Monday I go to the tire shop to check on my jeep. They told me that sky came and picked it up Thursday. I go to sky and was met in the parking lot with my keys. I asked if my dust cover was fixed the guy says ITS JUST BENT it. I brought my car in for COSMETIC DAMAGE and now it's UNDRIVABLE!!!!!

Truck looks great, but Passenger side turn signal doesn't work. I also had to buy to brand new batteries, they wouldn't hold a charge. Some how this fix was on my dollar.
