Absolutely no communication with a continuously extended ready by date. Car also had to be returned within 24 hours to repair something that should have never left the shop in the first place. My experience with this shop made me feel like anything but a cared for customer. No need for further contact unless it pertains to a refund for the rental extension.

I couldn’t have asked for better service. Brandon was very attentive. He included me in the assessment of my car and what would be done. From that point on, he and Amber updated me on the progress of my vehicle at every step. My car was completed in a timely manner and when I came to pick up my car, Brandon showed and explained to me what was done and made sure I was satisfied. Additionally, upon my arrival to pick up my car, it looked great. It looked as if it came off the dealership lot, and the inside was cleaned too! The Sky team made the process seamless and stress free. I would recommend them for any exterior car repair and will be a repeat customer.

GREAT DETAILING JOB. ONLY 1 SMALL CONCERN... DRIVER SIDE ABOVE DOOR THERE'S AN SLIGHTLY AIR GAP NOISE WHEN DRIVING. AND WHEN TAKEN TO CAR WASH A LOT WATER POURS FROM SAME GAP . I THINK IT PROBABLY NEEDS TO ADJUST THE DOOR TOP RUBBER OR REPLACE IT .
