I was told that I would receive text updates regularly when I dropped it off I had to call everytime to check on it when it got close to the rental car date was due back

I asked to have one window spray nozzle replaced as self pay. Maybe I should have asked how much the cost would be. Anyway, when I went to pick up my truck I was in shock when I was told both had to be replaced and the total was $208. I was expecting $30-$40 max. I think a phone call was warranted seeing how I did not ask for both to be replaced because the right side worked fine. I don't understand why the left side had to be touched when replacing the left nozzle either. Like I said, I should have been informed. The second concern is the fact that the right side worked fine when I dropped it off. I used Sky collision because you guys performed work on the same truck 5 years ago and I was completely satisfied with the entire repair and the communication during the repair. Not so much this time. I was also told my vehicle would be completed on 5/7. I stopped by that afternoon and it was not ready. I had no communication on this, but numerous emails saying it would be ready on 5/7 so I planned my week and work schedule around that. The truck repairs were excellent, so no concerns on the quality of service, just the lack of communication especially on the additional cost for my self pay request.
