The main components were repaired but it took an extra week to complete the repair and the trim was not properly secured upon pickup. The team did secure most of the trim when I brought it to light but one side was so improperly installed that they had to order a new piece to replace it which at this time has not arrived.

I did not receive updates during the repair and had to reach out to them to find out what was going on with my car multiple times. I received multiple completion dates that were pushed back which cost me more fees on a rental vehicle. Main positive point would be the staff that recognized the error in the trim of my car and sprang into action to repair it at pickup.

All repairs were not completed. I was told there will be an add that will be submitted and I will be contacted, still waiting. After leaving I discovered my left wiper had been broken, which I have replaced myself.

This is a hard one to rate with one number, my first contact with the shop manager Brian was an absolute "0"! He refused to listen to me, and even tried to refer me to another shop! However, after I contacted Dealership Management for intervention, & Chad had Kim take over my account, all further contact was pleasent and professional. I would rate Kim a 10+ !

Not sure. I’m happy with the repair so far but I haven’t been to a car wash yet and that will tell me if the seal is tight. Customer service was great but part was ugly. Even though it is facing the interior, I know it’s scratched and stained which bothers me. Quality control on parts needs improvement.
