Job completed on time as promised except the door dings I wanted removed in addition to the collision repair. But not very happy with the NW Protection repair… a lot of bubbles, wrinkles, and visible seams that were not there when the package was applied when I bought the vehicle new.

The fender was not properly reinstalled. When the door is opened it catches on the fender and is damaging the paint.

There were two concerns. Lack of communication during the repair process. No text updates as expected, but frequent calls on my part, often with a promised callback that did not occur. Second, the truck was disassembled before all parts were on hand. It was in the facility for over a month, but probably only a week of work was done. It was expensive and difficult to not have use of the vehicle for over a month.
