1000% HAPPY WITH MY VECHICLES REPAIRS, LOOKS GREAT, NO ISSUES ON THE DRIVE HOME, THE PAINT MATCHED PERFECTLY... THEY EVEN PUT WATER IN MY WINDSHIELD WIPERS TANK, BECAUSE THE SENSOR WAS OUT. QUICK TURN AROUND, USED VOLKSWAGEN STANDARDIZED PARTS.

I have never felt more safe in an auto shop. It’s usually the most stressful and intimidating thing but ALL of your staff is so incredibly sweet. You were honest, kind, gave me coffee, and super flexible with the times I wanted to stop by for the car. I trusted you guys completely and was so shocked by how amazing your entire staff is. Everyone is so incredibly kind and always had a smile on their face. Super sweet when answering phones, very understanding when I couldn’t pick up the car right away, and very considerate to sit down with me to explain the process of using insurance and giving me a detailed breakdown of all the costs. I honestly don’t know what to say you guys had me feeling so comfortable and relaxed the whole time and I will 100% only come here now. I’m recommending this place to EVERYONE ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We just picked it up today and haven't even washed it yet. From the initial view it looks great. Can't really tell where the damage was. Its our 2nd time using Smart Prep.

I had a little mishap and my garage door smashed my roof antenna on my car, I got a great quote from Smart Prep and proceeded to get it fixed through them. Not only were they fast but they did a great job and were super professional. My roof antenna got fixed the day before it rained which I thank them. If you need body work done on your car, this is the place to use!! Stephanie was a huge help too!!
