Smith Automotive is the best auto repair and paint shop I have ever had the pleasure of working with. As a customer of about 40 years, there is nowhere else I would take my vehicles. The staff is very professional, kind and caring when dealing with customers and their needs. The accident assessment is done in a timely manner with an estimate on the spot. If further issues are noted as repairs are done Mark or Jim were on the telephone making me aware of what was happening and seeking input as to whether or not they should pursue further repairs. I felt very involved in my vehicle repair. To that end, my vehicle (after hitting a deer) looks new. All repairs were done in a timely manner and are first rate. I will continue to recommend Smith Automotive to everyone, including my insurance company. Thank you Smith Automotive and staff for an excellent repair job. WELL DONE!!!
