Took my vehicle to them for insurance repair, typically this would be a stressful process, however, they were super easy to work with, friendly, great communication, my vehicle was repaired quickly and perfectly! Outstanding service and I highly recommend them!

Was not handled well. Had to wait a month to get it in, then you were completely unprepared. Was thinking I’d get it back in a day or two, took a week and a half. Estimate was bumped up by 33% and I got used parts. Was not a major impact, just large scratch on RL quarter panel. Previous experience with you about 4 years ago went much better Very confusing getting e mails from a site with your name all over it and you tell me it’s from my insurance co. ???? Did appreciate Jim trying to explain but…
