I was very dissappointed that I brought my truck in on the designated day, dropped ot off and arranged for rides fornthe week. BUT, I was called by Mark 30 minutes after dropping tje Truck off and was told "turns put your door is not here, we can't do the work, please come get your truck." Door came in six weeks later, which is fine. But having me plan to be without a vehicle for a week and drop it off without checking that all the parts are there is VERY frustrating. The completed work is FANTASTIC!!! I am very satisfied with the result.

Had me leave the truck before all the parts were on location. Then, had me come back and get it later. Dropped at a later date when parts WERE actually on site and there was NO issue then. Quality of the work is tremendous.

Conveniently located off 104, well kept building and lot. Thankful I did not have a great deal of damage that needed repair, my car was repaired to my satisfaction and washed before I picked it up. Very satisfied, I would highly recommend Smith's Automotive
